Youth Connexions Hertfordshire
Youth Connexions Hertfordshire is a service for young people which aims to provide information and advice, guidance and support, and personal development opportunities for all 13-19 year olds (up to 25 years for young people with learning difficulties and/or disabilities). Youth Connexions Hertfordshire was launched on 10th April 2008.
It was created from the combined resources of Connexions Hertfordshire, Hertfordshire Youth Service and the Hertfordshire Youth Inclusion Support Panel (YISP), and works with voluntary sector partner agencies to deliver positive outcomes for young people.

Youth Connexions Hertfordshire undertake an annual analysis of the destinations of young people who complete Year 11 or Year 13 at Hertfordshire’s maintained schools. Results from the 2006 survey are available below.
