County Waste Statistics
Annual Waste Statistics are reported to the Department of Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (DEFRA) by local authorities. These statistics include Total Household Waste Arisings, Household Waste Disposal Method, Household Waste generated per head (annual), District Council Recycling/Composting Rates and the Percentage of the total tonnage of waste at the Household Waste Recycling Centres recycled and composted.
